Director Business Development at Off The Wall Company, LLC (OTW) is a senior position focused on creating opportunities for sales growth within our target markets and across our multiple business lines, products and services. IDEAL EXPERIENCE Suitable candidates will have significant experience in CRM-based outreach, drip campaign creation and implementation, creation of sales/marketing collateral and use of LinkedIn Sales Navigator. PREFERRED EXPERIENCE Experience in the Store Décor, Store Fixture or POP/Display industries is preferred, but not required. An Ideal candidate will have a minimum 5 years of CRM-based outreach and customer-facing sales experience. SKILLS In addition, the role requires a combination of skills including but not limited to assertive relationship building, resourceful networking, solid presentation skills and creative thinking and application with a proven track record of building brand awareness, relationship development and closing sales. The day-to-day position will encompass conducting industry specific research to identify new prospect opportunities, identifying related leads, mining contact data, maintaining CRM data integrity, achieving CRM growth expectations, actively campaigning per supervisor direction, compliance with all documented CRM performance expectations, presenting and closing business and providing support to the internal account teams. This is a results-driven position primarily measured by documented performance metrics, pipeline/opportunity created and business closed. RESPONSIBILITIES Learn OTW’s complete portfolio of products and services and have the ability to present our complete portfolio offering with special emphasis on Store Décor, Custom Store Fixtures, Shop In Shop and POP displays Develop sales plans tailored to sell OTW’s products/services within identified target accounts and vertical markets specializing in Store Décor, Custom Store Fixtures, Shop In Shop Fixtures and POP/ Displays. Pursue target accounts, evaluate opportunities, build relationships, collect key information and drive internal teams to create proposals and presentations to prospects. Utilize all business development techniques: heavy emphasis on CRM utilization and email campaigning, phone, email, html, social media, association involvement, public speaking and networking to build relationships and create opportunities. Follow up and evaluate opportunities that come into OTW in the form of RFP’s, RFI’s and general inquiries. Report to the VP of Business Development and work cohesively & collaboratively within the Business Development Team. Interact and effectively support OTW’s Designers, Engineers, Project Managers, and senior management assigned to each project or opportunity. Provide bi-weekly reporting on items such as prospect meetings, new opportunities, forecasting, project development and targeted campaigns. Strong full-suite Microsoft Office and CRM skills are preferred. Travel as required Follow all OTW’s company policies and procedures.

The Project Manager has the overall responsibility of successfully executing assigned projects for our store fixture and display manufacturing division, primarily serving large US retailers and brands. The project manager is typically assigned to specific accounts/customers where he/she will be in charge of coordinating various projects associated with that account. Responsibilities Processing store décor, fixture and display bid packages in a timely and accurate manner. Monitor production schedules and quality in order to ensure production timelines are met and fixtures are produced per OTW’s specifications Studying bid timelines and requirements, along with specifications and drawings of each item. Identifying outstanding questions to customers in order to accurately quote each item. Working with in-house shop, partners, suppliers, and warehouse manager to estimate all material and labor costs associated with a project. Creating and updating a cost breakdown for all projects/bids for assigned accounts. Processing orders when received by coordinating with Purchasing Department. Working with detailing/ engineering to create CAD drawings and renderings of each item to ensure products are engineered for design and function. Developing a timeline/schedule for each project/account and monitoring this schedule to ensure on-time shipments. Communicating with salesperson or customer directly to update on progress and to ensure all requirements and changes are fulfilled. Create and update inventory reports for assigned accounts. Coordinating and QC’ing production of fixture prototypes and production orders. Coordinate shipping of products with warehouse and customer. Travel to manufacturing sites, job sites, and/or meetings with customers when needed. Ability to develop and implement corrective actions if required. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required. Degree in business or engineering preferred. 5+ years’ work experience. Manufacturing/Project Management experience required, preferably in areas such as sheet metal fabrication, millwork, or retail fixture or display manufacturing. EXCELLENT skills in Microsoft Outlook and Excel, and proficient in Word and other common software. Good communication skills, must be able to multi-task, stay very organized, and possess excellent verbal and written skills. Strong customer relationship management and decision-making skills. Environmental Designer / Senior Graphic Designer We are seeking an experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality visual design solutions and managing the process from concept to fabrication. A minimum of 5 years of experience in Graphic and Industrial Design for a retail environment is required. Qualifications 5+ years experience working full time, in-house, as a graphic designer or art director in an agency or corporate setting, working directly with creative management (collaboration with art director, creative director, account executives and clients). Interior Design, Retail Decor experience a must. Experience in Grocery Décor is preferred. Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Fine Arts, or a related field preferred. Strong portfolio that showcases expertise in visual design. Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop), MS Office Suite + Sketchup. Excellent understanding of color management and visual design principles. Strong communication and project management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines. A passion for staying current with the latest design trends and technologies. Highly creative and self-motivated professional Working knowledge of spatial proportions and 3-dimensional design Responsibilities for this position include: Specify products and materials Specify equipment, materials, and supplies required for the completion and implementation of retail decor projects Create and present design concepts and materials to executive management for reviews and collaboration Perform design and concept development for limited retail store projects Develop technical specifications for designs, finishes, and furniture selections on projects Demonstrate strong communication skills with poise and reserve, capable of presenting to senior Business Leaders, Executives and Design Reviews Wide interest/knowledge of retail decor industry, design history, and emerging design trends Familiarity with signage design and industrial materials Develops design concepts from design direction as well as independently Develop technical pages with specific finishes, paint colors, materials and details for design and construction Stay up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and software to continuously improve design skills and knowledge. Mentor and guide junior designers to help them develop their skills and grow professionally.
